The School Board, Principal, administrators, and teaching staff play a central role in implementing the philosophy of Ascension Catholic Diocesan Regional School. The entire staff is encouraged to:

• Participate in the varied aspects of school life, religious, social, cultural and academic,
• Avail themselves of suitable opportunities to further their professional and personal development,
• Place their professional expertise at the service of the students, and 
• Cooperate with other educational agencies in developing, implementing and evaluating curricula which respond to the needs of the students and which correspond to the mission of the school.
