The Tradition Continues

Ascension Catholic Diocesan Regional School

Annual Giving Campaign

Each year, our school reaches out to the entire Ascension Catholic community asking for support in the form of monetary donations and prayers. Our annual fund drive is appropriately entitled The Tradition Continues. Donations allow the school to continue to provide Donaldsonville and the surrounding area with the opportunity to educate its youth in a Catholic, faith-filled environment. Funds from the drive help maintain our facilities, keep us up-to-date in the ever changing field of technology, provide students with textbooks and reading materials that enhance their preparedness for college, support our teachers in their effort to present a challenging and rich curriculum, and allow us to work toward enhancing teacher compensation to make us more competitive with public school salaries.

More importantly, however, your donation will enable Ascension Catholic to continue its admirable efforts to counter the invasiveness of a secular society intent on washing away our Christian faith. Newspaper accounts of the attacks on our Christian faith are myriad. Ascension Catholic School provides a haven in this storm, supporting its students, enabling them to learn and practice their faith, and preparing them for success in this life and eternal life with Christ.

We hope to give everyone an opportunity to give at a level they can afford. Please prayerfully consider your participation in this year’s drive. Your donation will be most appreciated and put to good use. Know that you are remembered in the daily prayers of our students. Remember, your donation will have a direct impact on the faith life of a young person. Please be generous!
